Valentine's Day 2009

Jason and I had a great Valentine's Day. I woke up to breakfast in bed and a vase full of beautiful flowers. We snuggled with Sammiedog while we caught up on some TV shows we love but never get to watch. Then my fabulous husband cooked dinner and we watched a movie. All that for me and he got a card. :)I am so blessed!!

I was determined to productive this weekend. I needed to get the house cleaned, go to the sewing store, go to Sam's, get our tax stuff together, start on a baby blanket for my niece, and of course update our blog. My sweet husband helped me clean all day, went to the store with me, cooked for me, helped me with our tax stuff, and acted very interested in my sewing project. As you can see I also have updated our blog. I am so very blessed!!!!

Karaoke at the Pelican Cove

Friday night Jason and I went to here our frien Lauren compete in a Karaoke contest at Pelican Cove. She was fabulous and qualified for the finals on Feburary 27th. We can't wait to be there again and cheer her on. Her husband Bryan also sang us a song. He was great entertainment, but Lauren is the singer in that family:)
