Happy Birthday Daylee!

My sister, Kennedy and I went to Florence this afternoon to celebrate our cousin Daylee's 1st Birthday. We had such a great time and she was such a sweet birthday girl. I am so glad we were able to be there for her big day. We love you lots!!

Black Friday!

My Mom and I got up at 4am this morning and went shopping. The crowds were huge, but we survived:) We also got lots of great deals and I have all my Christmas shopping done. YEAH!!

Monday has come and has almost gone. Jason and I have been so busy lately and I have been missing all my friends. Tonight after work I met Bree at Olive Garden for dinner. We had a great time just catching up. I sure have missed my Bree Bree. Great ending to a wild Monday:)

BUSY WORK WEEK!

This week has been so busy. I have about 10 loads of laundry that need to be done, sink full of dishes, and floors to be swept. To make is even better, I have worked 48 plus hours at work. I am so tired!! Hope everyone has a great weekend and I will be back to blogging soon.

Kennedy's 1st Birthday Party

Kennedy had her 1st Birthday Party this weekend. She had such a great time. I can't believe she is already 1.

Brain Injury Association of Mississippi

Jason and I were able to go to the Brain Injury Association of Mississippi Sports Ball last night. We had a great time. My best friend and roommate from Ole Miss is a brain injury patient and was there. We visited with her and her family. We also purchased her painting from the Art Recovery program. It is beautiful and we hope to on day put it in our nursery:)

I love my life!!

I don't know if I stop to realize how blessed I am. I have a fantastic husband, wonderful puppy, the best family, and fabulous friends. I want to thank you all for loving me so much over the years. You mean more to me than you will ever know. I praise the Lord above for all my many blessings:) God bless:)

Sunday.. That means Monday is close:(

Today, Jason and I got up early and went to church. We then decided we wanted to be bums all day. Jason napped while I went to get my mom and spent some quality time with her. Later Jason and I watched Sex in the City, The Movie. Well, I watched and Jason closed his eyes. I loved the movie!! I cooked a fabulous chicken dinner that got us so full that we could not move. I am completing this wonderful day of nothing with a quick blog update. Hope everyone has a great Monday:)

Oxford

Jason and I went to Oxford Friday night with our friends Lauren and Byran. Lauren had a seminar thing so Jason just tagged along and we all stayed in my parents house in Oxford. We did not do much just order pizza and hang out Friday. Lauren went to class all day Saturday while the rest of us enjoyed Oxford. We even took Byran to tour Rowan Oak. We loved every minute of it. Jason and I really miss Oxford and hope to move back one day:)

FAIR

After the flea market on Thursday, Jason and I went to the Fair with our friends Lauren and Bryan. We had a great time and at lots of bad for ya fair food!!!

Canton Flea Market

Today my good friend Lauren and I went to the Canton Flea Market. We got a few great things and saw lots more. We saw some fabulous wreaths, but they were very over priced. I could not believe that people were paying $150.00 for just one. Lauren and I are determined to make our own for a much smaller cost. I let you know how they turn out:)

Babysitting

Well, our fabulous neighbors Amy and Neal Popichak both had to work late last night and asked Jason and I to watch their children. I picked both Nathan and Emma from daycare at around 4:30pm. We first went to the store to get ice cream. I know that is not the right order because we had not had dinner but it worked for our fun day!! We then played outside for a good hour or so before Emma instructed me it was bath time. We had to borrow ducks for the bath from the neighbors because Mr. Jason and Mrs. Lisa did not have any. Don't worry I will be getting lots very soon:) I cooked while they played and then we sat down to eat. Jason still was not home and it was about 7pm. When they finished eating we layed down to watch some disney channel. Jason walked in and said hey and ate. I sure hope this is not how things go when we have kids. I loved having Nathan and Emma for the night, but it proved to be difficult without a husband to help:)

Family and Football

This weekend my parents, my sister and her family, and Jason and I headed to Oxford. We had a great time just being together and supporting the rebels even though they did not win. Here are some pictures from the fabulous weekend!

Work in the a.m. Play in the p.m.

This morning was very busy at work, but while I was there my mom called and told me my niece was going to be at their house in the afternoon. My hubby went home to let Sam out and I headed over to their house to love on that little angel. She had been to the doctor for an ear infection, but you would have never known it. She is such a blessing and our entire family can't get enough love from that sweet baby girl. It was a great ending to a busy day:)

Baby Parker!

I went to a baby shower this morning for a friend of mine, Alice Chaney. She was not there because she was at the hospital having Baby Parker.:) He came to meet his parents very early, but his is looking good so far. The little guy was 2lbs 14 ounces. Jason and I can't wait until he gets bigger and stronger so we can meet him:) Please pray for this little guy and his parents.

Hunter's Ed

So, I have been taking hunter's Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night this week. I was doing it because Jason and I have been invited to go alligator hunting at the end of September and you have to have a valid hunter's license. I did not love it, but the last night we had to shoot a 22Gauge 5 times. I hit the target 3 out of 5 times. At first, I did not even know I was aiming at a target. I was impressed with my skills.:) I may just even go hunting with my daddy this year and get my first deer:)

Circus

Jason and I went to the circus last night. We had a great time. I think we were the only couple without a kid. We are still kids at heart though.:)
